Location was good and property was clean

1. Staff behavior was rude 2. AC was not working 3. Bathroom flush was not working 4. Breakfast had only 1 item - could choose 1 between 2 options only 5. Coffee sachets in room was only for the checkin day and not refilled for the remaining days. When asked, they said it's applicable only for the first day. 6. It was not mentioned anywhere that this is a homestay 7. No room service 8. Took 3% extra payment for using card 9. No airport transfers

The manager was wonderful, always willing to help. The soup (photo) for breakfast was delicious, highly recommended. The room was clean and tidy. The location was excellent, close to the sea and Venice.

The rooms are a bit small, but this is generally true of all hotels in the area.

Excellent location, just 3 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the center of Grand World, on a quiet street. Clean rooms with large, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. A perfect place for its price.
