Really clean. Host had fantastic communication with us. Quaint and had all the basics needed. Good shower. Great for a short stay

While the location is super handy, apartment was noisy with a really loud dog barking at night on and off / running around on floor above the bedroom. Just made it hard to get sleep each night. We were there 3 nights and happened all 3 nights.

We booked this apartment on a very short notice as we were tired of getting disappointed of Vietnamese hotels with fake reviews… We were a bit hesitant as this place had not have any reviews yet, but we wanted to give it a try and had a great experience: - Very quiet for Hanoi standards (it’s not facing any road directly) - Very clean (except for some kitchen utensils) - The shower is separated in contrast to most other Vietnamese bathrooms -> doesn’t flood the whole bathroom - Uncomplicated check-in -> Host sent us the key box code within seconds of booking Very good value for money - Attentive & fast responding host -> our host replied very fast to messages - Good value for money -> while it’s much cheaper than most hotels, you’ve got a whole apartment incl. sofa, kitchen, fridge, multiple beds, etc. - It did not have a window, which is typical for a room in Hanoi - Very spacious apartment -> gives the feeling of an authentic Hanoi experience in contrast to sterile hotel rooms - Super close to key attractions like lake, train street, etc
