The apartment is on the 22nd floor, no balcony but has windows. No reception. Sales staff assisted via Zalo. Early check-in was available but there was no luggage storage, so I had to leave my luggage in the shop at the base of the building. The sales staff were very helpful. The room was clean.
Disliked
The trash in the kitchen sink wasn't emptied, the kettle was rusty, the soundproofing wasn't very good, there was a toothbrush but no comb, and it was far from the city center. Please be aware of this to avoid confusion. There's a Vinbus station nearby.
