I booked a single room, then upon arrival, I booked a double room and found it very spacious. The room I booked didn't mention a balcony, but in reality, all the rooms have balconies. The reception staff were very enthusiastic; even though I checked in at 2 AM, they were still cheerful and not at all grumpy. 10/10 for reliability and I recommend everyone book here!
