it was very quiet and relaxing. the staff was super nice and made early check-in possibe.

it is on a hill, so be prepared to walk a lot uphill and also into town it takes about 25-30min walk. if you have a scooter, it is no problem. the bathroom never fully dried.

The woman at the reception was fantastic! The location was beautiful, as was the view. I found Sapa town itself messy and not really charming. Great value for money. Nice cottage with everything you need. On day 1 I didn't think the breakfast was very tasty, but on day 2 I got the breakfast I wanted. Thanks for a fantastic memory!!

The location and the view over Sa Pa were fantastic. The garden is beautifully landscaped.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty, as it seems the rooms aren't properly cleaned between guests. The bathroom drain smelled terrible. All in all, it's a real shame, as the exterior is so nice, but the rooms aren't well maintained. The refrigerator was also switched off and closed, and therefore moldy. Breakfast consists of a very basic dish every day with no choice.

The accommodation was in a fantastic location: quiet, with a great view, yet within walking distance of the city. Lin, the receptionist, was especially wonderful; she was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests.

The cleanliness was okay, but there was still room for improvement to reach 100% comfort.
