New apartment in a modern building, everything is great and new, the apartment is spacious and has everything you need, even two balconies and a washing machine. The bathroom is fantastic! Aeon Mall is nearby. There are even playgrounds for children on the 5th floor. Downstairs, there's a beauty salon offering nails, massages, and a café. They're super nice. A small supermarket offers all the groceries and toiletries you might need.

The kitchen equipment was very basic: only one bowl, one plate, three spoons, and hardly any pots or pans – so it wasn't suitable for cooking from scratch. It was okay for instant noodles. A microwave and kettle were available.
