Excellent hotel! Safe environment. Trams running down the street of the Jet Hotel made everything seem close by.

The lockers were hard to find; it took me a very long time to locate them.

Overall I enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect. Even though it’s located near tram and train railway, but the noise didn’t bother me at all. At daytime with an open window it was kind of noisy but I didn’t spend much time in the apartment in daytime, so if you plan to just sleep it should be okay! The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything you need to cook something to eat. It was good to have your own fridge in the room and teapot with tea and coffee! Also, the set of cotton pads and cotton buds was a huge help! 🙏 Everything was clean and housemaid cleaned everyday! My room was small but it was really cozy, felt like home :)

The bed creaked and felt a little bit flimsy, but maybe it just felt that way. Also the mattress wasn’t really comfortable. I think it can be replaced for a better one. But I was so tired after exploring Prague it didn’t bother me much haha. Also, what really bothered me is that there is no elevator. It was mentioned beforehand but I hoped there would be at least some kind of ramp. But no :( I had a long intercontinental flight and had a pretty heavy suitcase so it was a challenge for me. But it was indicated and I did it at my own risk. So if you have a heavy bag and you travel alone, I wouldn’t recommend it. And even though I received the instructions on how to find the keys and get into the building but it still was pretty confusing and I asked for help someone who was just entering the building. I don’t think I would figure it out myself after the 18-hour long flight 😅 I think a video would help. But maybe it was just me

This is a room in an apartment, not a separate apartment (I didn't read the ad carefully), with a small kitchen. The presence of CCTV cameras in the hallway and kitchen caused discomfort. There is no TV. There are no additional lighting fixtures, and the floor lamp doesn't work.
