This is a very neat, tidy, well-maintained new property. Beds and furniture were new, very comfy. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, yet very easy to pop over to Fort Myers and drop south into busier Cape Coral areas. Close to shops, and lots of lovely conservation areas for walks, love the burrowing owl conservation spots. The very few boaters or kayakers that went by on the canal were very friendly :-) . The booking company was extremely responsiveness to any requests. Would happily recommend to others.
Disliked
Highly recommend having a car. Location is 20-30 minutes north of downtown Cape Coral. Grocery (Publix) within walking distance, and lots of other shops and restaurants within a few minutes.
