The location was brilliant for us, about 10/15 mins outside the centre, but meant there was no noise and it was very peaceful. The owners were really pleasant and accommodated us the best they could! The bedrooms themselves were slightly outdated but have no complaints, if anything we thought the bedding was very unique. The fan in the room was brilliant and the water pressure was amazing. Complimentary breakfast bits were also a lovely addition and as solo female travellers we definitely felt safe here!

Disliked

The rooftop area could’ve had better seating/cushioning as they weren’t very comfy and we would’ve spent more time up there otherwise. Aside from this, nothing bad to say at all.

Liked

It's a great, family-run place to stay. It's within walking distance of Walking Street and in a quiet area. The family also runs a small restaurant, and the food is fantastic and so reasonably priced. The rooms and beds were large, and there was also a lovely seating area outside.

Disliked

Small items such as a hairdryer or a bedside lamp would be desirable.
