We waited three hours for the apartment to be available. After arriving and calling the owner, we were informed that they didn't have the reservation confirmation number provided and would not provide the apartment. They were unwilling to explain the situation. No one bothered to contact us, even though the owner lived in the building next door.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hosts were super nice—they kindly offered a later check-out since there were no bookings after us, which was greatly appreciated. The terrace was perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon, adding a lovely touch to the stay. Additionally, the hosts were proactive in offering to secure a parking space if we arrived by car, which was very thoughtful.
