I liked the structure of the apartment, its location and comfort.

Disliked

We received wrong access codes and no one from the phones mentioned on bookingimg answered us. We finally succeeded (with difficulty), someone answered our messages and gave us the correct codes, in writing, but no one spoke to us. This is considering that we received several contact numbers by email. Then there was the request for the city tax, which I paid, but I think it should be mentioned from the beginning, not to be asked for money separately on REVOLUT. And yes, I also paid the tax on a Revolut, I sent the confirmation as I was told, to the phone number mentioned on WhatsApp, then another number wrote to me the next day that they did not receive the confirmation; I sent it again to this number. Finally, after I left the apartment, the person to whom I sent the confirmation the first time wrote to me that she had not been working here for 1 year. And yet, her number appears in the communication with booking.
