We had a wonderful holiday; it was a super comfortable apartment with all amenities. We had a lot of fun in the pool and lovely evenings on the terrace. Moreover, it was located in pleasant surroundings within walking distance of Lagos and the beach. Parking was also very easy.
Disliked
The swimming pool was clearly in need of a renovation. Based on the photos, we thought the apartment was located on the ground floor; unfortunately, this was not the case.

Both clothes washer and dryer provided. Lots of parking space right at the complex. Spacious apartment with nice patio. Everything is within an easily walkable distance. No need to drive anywhere in town.

The location was lovely, not far from the beach and the marina. The accommodations were very well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Parking in front of the house was no problem. There was a pool right outside, but of course it was too cold in December. The key handover was seamless.

There is no heating in the bathroom. Perhaps a small fan heater could be provided.
