Spacious studio in a prime location

Cooking is impossible! There's a microwave, a steam fryer (without a power outlet), and an electric, unused hotplate, but no space to actually cook. You have to put the hotplate on top of the microwave... and what are you supposed to do with just one hotplate? Well, there are great restaurants nearby! The apartment is quite dark, as there's only one small window. It overlooks the parking lot.
