The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the airport and train station, and well-served by restaurants and supermarkets. The building has an elevator and the neighborhood is very family-friendly. The bed linens and towels were clean and soft.

Disliked

One of the bathrooms in the apartment had a very strong sewage smell. Small cockroaches were found everywhere, especially in the kitchen. =/ Since the apartment was clean, I believe it's a problem with the building's lack of pest control.

Where do I begin :( … Combined feedback from everyone: 1. broken heaters with no wheels, TV remotes with dead batteries, kitchen stove with no ignition button, broken toaster, bathroom and bedroom doors did not close properly or easily or at all, extractor fans were not working in the bathrooms 2. ⁠the heating in the flat was not sufficient the rooms were warm as it had a heater each room but the rest of the flat (bathrooms, kitchen, hall way, lounge) was freezing cold 3. ⁠shower heads were not in great condition and did not make for a pleasant shower experience (excluding en-suite bathroom) 4. ⁠foul smell coming from the bathroom by the kitchen 5. ⁠due to extractor fans not working in the bathrooms, it was always wet/damp which is bad for mould growth, our toilet papers were always soft and wet and the towels never dried from the day before use it stayed damp so it was difficult to use again and we could not do the washing as it rained non-stop and the washing machine does not have a dryer function 6. ⁠the flat was always damp/wet our jackets/jerseys were hanging in the cupboards but were wet when we wanted to use them which was not ideal given the weather (no they were not wet due to the rain), this is the cupboard in the main bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, it was due to the dampness coming from the walls 7. ⁠when it rained, even with the windows closed, the bathrooms/bedrooms and kitchen would have water puddles 8. ⁠the water-gage in the kitchen and bathrooms was hard to figure out as it was either you had boiling hot water or ice cold water to shower in or wash dishes with (this could be due to the new boiler being installed) 9. ⁠according to [link removed]description it states the flat is on the ground floor when in fact it is on the top floor 10. ⁠insects in the kitchen, found in our food and bed bugs in the rooms found on lamp shades and crawling from under the beds 11.
