Cleanliness and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. HOWEVER, I can't give the highest rating for quality/price ratio. The house is small, ideal for a couple and no more than that. The bathroom is very small, ideal for just one day or, as I said, for a couple. Considering the price, although the location also matters, I didn't find it cheap for the house it is.

We stayed a couple of days at this accommodation. It's renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The house has two floors plus a solarium and terrace, with sea and mountain views. Fatima, the host, is always in contact. Check-in and check-out are very easy, and although you can't park right at the door, there's a spot very close by. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's insignificant considering how little time you spend there 😄. We would definitely stay again.
