The team's efficiency is remarkable; they deserve recognition. They're incredibly friendly and effective. For those visiting Reunion Island in Lisbon by train, it's fantastic—the train station is just steps from the apartment.

The place itself isn't bad, despite its poor condition (falling baseboards, water leaks in the kitchen area).

Disliked

I didn't like: 1) without it being visible, after confirmation, they ask me for an additional €250 (as a key deposit) and later inform me that the return will take 8 to 14 business days (?!??); 2) having to wait at the door for the key code when I had previously (repeatedly) informed them of my expected arrival time; 3) the lack of bed linen (insufficient duvets or blankets); not being able to use the coffee maker (despite it being advertised) (although I had informed them on the first day that it was broken (I sent a video) and was told they would replace it).

The location is bad in a weird neighborhood, the access to the building was dirty not well maintained and with some issues in the bathroom like water coming out from the side whirl taking a shower
