Clean, bright, and spacious apartment. The location allows for easy walks along the nearby seafront, with shops and restaurants also close by. Secure parking is available, a welcome feature for the safety of your vehicle (or rental).

* The major drawback was the noise at night, with motorcycles and high-powered vehicles doing donuts and back-and-forth on the avenue bordering the apartment. It's difficult to call it soundproof, especially since the apartment's windows don't close properly, or are very difficult to close. The description is therefore inaccurate on this point. * Lack of kitchen utensils (1 teaspoon for 4 people), and generally better suited for 2 than 4. * Less important, communication was limited to messages, which lacked a certain warmth, even though everything went perfectly with Diane. * It seems to us that these various "negative" points could be addressed relatively easily, starting with fixing the sliding doors and providing a few more utensils.
