I had a great experience with this apartment and it honestly exceeded my expectations. I originally booked another property, but it turned out not to be available. Melanie, who manages the property, called me and kindly offered an alternative apartment instead. Even though my booking was very last minute, Melanie was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She adapted quickly to the situation, accepted my last-minute request, and provided all the information I needed. She assisted me immediately and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had everything I needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, there was a comfortable space to relax with a sofa, as well as a desk which was very convenient. The only small downside was some noise outside, likely from students in the area. However, considering the location, this is quite normal and definitely not the owner’s fault. It didn’t prevent me from enjoying my stay. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend staying here.
