There was no change of bath towels, leaving the ones from the previous day completely wet.

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed and soundproof so really peaceful. Plus private terrace. The rest of the grounds were beautiful with great views. Staff super helpful and very quick, easy communication! All fantastic.

I didn't like the concept; I'd never been to a short-term rental before, and I don't like them. I prefer being greeted by people, not electronic systems. In other words, there was no reception, and there were other inconveniences, namely, no hot water, a clogged shower drain, and at 7 am (we had asked to be woken up only at 8 am) we were woken by a phone call asking if we had left the key in the front door, as the employee who was supposed to serve us breakfast couldn't open the door. Breakfast was served with bread that was still half-frozen. In short, an experience not to be repeated!!! PS: We are still waiting for the invoice, which was necessary for tax purposes.
