The front door, the lack of light in the bathroom, and the constant creaking of the parquet floor give the impression of living with the neighbors or even living on the street.

The location, the comfortable beds, the spacious apartment.

Disliked

We couldn't access the apartment until the next day, so we slept in the car because the code to open it didn't work. The emergency number wasn't working either. They offered us no solution whatsoever. The bathroom has no light; there are no lights or lamps.

The noise from the street (3 bars) is non-stop until 4 AM, despite requests to keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 9 AM. No hot water for 48 hours. The internet connection doesn't work throughout the apartment. The building entrance is very difficult to open. The washing machine and vacuum cleaner are not working. The furniture is damaged: unstable chairs, a stool with a missing rung, and a worn and stained sofa. The bedding is only moderately comfortable.

The location is right next to three bars, and people stay outside drinking, talking, and singing—it's extremely loud. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and very steep and narrow stairs. The furniture is very old, stained everywhere, and there are few dishes, some of which are broken, insufficient, or burnt.
