Fantastic location with a nice view at the back of the property. Easy to get to the top of the Dom Luis Bridge, Ribeira, the cathedral and the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants near by and a nice cafe for breakfast underneath the apartment. Cai He, the host, was great with suggestions, particularly for our daughter and gave clear instructions for entry well in advance, so there was no struggle with receiving them. Very clean and tidy, we were able to cook there using the facilities.

The entrance hall light was very sensitive to movement and kept going on and off in the night which could be a problem for light sleepers.

Amazing location! Very clean and spacious! Cai is the best host I have ever had - so helpful, answers quickly, sent local recommendations, food, attractions, grocery shops etc, made everything so easy. Check in is easy. Would stay again.

The location was excellent and perfect for exploring Porto. The host Cai was very friendly and helpful and was brilliant at keeping in touch with us regarding getting into the property and made sure that everything was ok with our stay. Her recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were very useful

The street in front of the apartment is noisy. BUT with the double glazed windows closed, you wouldn't even know it. With the wooden window blinds closed, you won't realise that the sun has come out, it's that good! The bed was fantastic, we were able to get a good night's sleep.
Disliked
There's no elevator to the upper floors, but then, it's an older building in an area that looks like a conservation area, so, it's to be expected; like many other historical places. However our host was there to help us to move our luggage up the stairs. Many thanks for that. 😀
