Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, friendly owner, and all the amenities of a normal apartment. Good location close to the center of Białystok and public transportation. Free parking is easy nearby. A very enjoyable stay, I recommend it!

The fridge isn't cooling very well; you can turn it up, but then it froze some of the food overnight. It's not a major problem, in fact, the only negative thing I can think of.

Communication with the owner was excellent; key handover went smoothly, and I was able to leave my luggage early. The location is fantastic – a great base for both travel and accommodation. The apartment was very clean! Many hoteliers could learn from you how to keep their property clean! If you're looking for a place in Białystok that offers a good night's sleep and good transport links for further exploration of the Podlasie region, this is a good choice.
