Hi, sure thing! ☺️ The apartment's main selling point is its excellent location: centrally located, right next to the train station, and with plenty of shopping options nearby. It's especially convenient that the bus and tram stop right outside, making it quick and easy to get around. The apartment itself is modern and attractively furnished. However, there are also some significant drawbacks. Unfortunately, the apartment is very noisy. Furthermore, the cleanliness left much to be desired: there was a lot of pet hair, the carpets were visibly dirty, and there were food scraps on the kitchen floor. Some of the kitchen utensils also appeared sticky and hadn't been properly cleaned. Overall, the accommodation has potential due to its location and furnishings, but the cleanliness urgently needs improvement.

Terrible service. The washing machine in the apartment was broken. Apart from the standard response that the issue had been forwarded to the technical service, we received no response for 10 days. We received no response at all to an email sent to the company. When requesting compensation, we were asked to send an email to an unresponsive email address. The apartment itself was half-dead from daily rent. The kitchenware included a 12-liter saucepan, a frying pan, a 1-liter kettle for the gas stove, and a set of plates, cups, and spoons. The gas stove's automatic ignition didn't work, but thankfully there were matches. The description also promised a microwave—forget it, it didn't. Bathroom accessories—forget it, it didn't. The plumbing is also tired. Disgusting service. kitchen stuff was very less. couldn't find any small pot. No kettle available. coffee tube was larger than machine size so didn't work. In toilet. toilet paper was not enough for 4 days. dustbin was very very small. you wrote 1st floor but apartment is on 2nd floor without elevator. it was hard with small kid and stroller to go up.
