First and foremost, the arrogant, unsettling customer service. Immediately upon entering, we reported the dirt, ancient cobwebs, crumbs on the sofa, and a hideously stained blind. For several days, we received no response beyond: a 5% discount on our next purchase (as if I'd ever consider using their services in this situation), ozonation, and technicians while I was working. Finally, the manager even appealed for a civilized conversation, as I'd written in non-serious terms to them to drop any further offers. It's completely insensitive to offer an extension to a property when a customer is dissatisfied with its filth. But the property we were given, Dominik, was clearly not a problem. And on the day of the lease, we checked, and they had another property available, the same in terms of specifications and price, but they couldn't make the decision to move us there. Emails assuring us they were doing their best, but without any solutions. The offer differed from the one presented.

It is difficult to find the entrance to the staircase and the staircase itself that leads to the apartment, it is poorly marked

Quiet neighborhood, close to tram and metro, good connection to the city center. There is a Biedronka and a Rossmann in the building. Laundry room on the ground floor.
