Despite the owner's friendliness, we didn't like the studio. It's dark and damp, uncomfortable, and the refrigerator is noisy at night. It needs curtains to block the view of the patio lights. The bathroom is in poor condition.

The room is super spacious and the bed is comfortable, there is hot water in the shower, the host is awesome! Super attentive and very helpful.

Disliked

The bathroom was a bit tight for space but we managed of course. Also, it could benefit from some small updates, such as new grout and shower fixtures and some shower hooks for the towels, but it was not a deal breaker.

It's a lovely place, very pleasant, and the staff is great too. The location is about 10 blocks from the central park, which is good because the walk is nice. The host gives very good information about places to visit.

Disliked

The bathroom walls could use a little cleaning, and they shouldn't charge for storing your luggage; it would be a very good service if they offered this to guests.
