Primarily, the staff's attention. Varied and good quality food.

They lack organization at check-in. They have one line for handing out keys to those who registered earlier and another for check-in. But you don't realize this until you finally reach the counter after waiting in line for half an hour, and then they tell you, "This is only for handing in keys," and send you to the other line. Several guests, including myself, were inconvenienced!
