The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building. There are two apartments per floor. The layout is comfortable. And overall, everything would be fine, if it weren't for the following: Right after arriving, we went to Chedraui and bought cleaning supplies; we left it spotless! (greetings to whoever will live there after us). The neighbors across the hall, about 10 people, are constantly smoking, talking, shouting, singing, etc. If only the walls weren't so thin… but we could hear everything. Also, there was a constant smell of tobacco in the apartment. In general, the apartment is very smoky. It's also clear they don't change the bed linens: there were hairs and traces of dirt (possibly footprints). The pool. Very convenient, literally next to the house. However, it's just one pool for the entire complex of 100 (or more?) apartments. It's always crowded. Until 3 a.m., the neighbors were playing very loud music, shouting to each other, and celebrating Friday (I suppose). We "heard" it too. The beach is about an hour away from the apartment one way. Below was a comment from a woman with children; it reflects the actual situation. Yes, the dishes, the stove, everything was greasy. We had a reservation for 3 days, but we left after the first night. I'm happy for those who stay after us. The apartment is clean! Thanks to my husband, who doesn't consider other accommodation options. The rating doesn't reflect reality. Not at all.
