The location is ideal for getting around Monterrey and the surrounding towns. Numerous shops and public transportation options are nearby. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are well-equipped. The host is responsive and friendly. As the studio is in the city center, some noise is to be expected.

Disliked

We had trouble opening and closing the studio window; it kept getting stuck. In the shower, the water didn't drain properly and created a puddle. We had a cockroach infestation, and there was also a strong smell of insecticide in the studio entrance.
