It is very clean, modern and new. Everything is so spacious, you have everything you need for the daily comfort from kitchen appliance, TV, AC etc the bathroom is so convenient and modern, you really don’t wanna leave this place (and I have been to several places already in Tulum) the host was always reachable if you needed anything and they helped with everything very fast and you have all restaurants around you, the location is convenient very safe and reachable too the main city
