The people are friendly and helpful and the place is cute and cool, with a large dose of disorganization and a bit of eccentric chaos thrown in. Doesn't take cards, bring cash. Cats and dogs in the garden.

Room bins need emptying. Generally better organisation would make it great, but the guy has a bad knee so it's hard for him.

The staff were a very friendly and helpful couple. The room (no 3) was huge with a comfortable sofa and large comfy bed. It is close to the town centre and there is no smell of cats, no matter what people have said. It was very nice and excellent value for money.

The only advantage is that it's located in the city center.

The manager was not at all friendly; even though I showed him my reservation, he initially didn't want to let me in. He said there shouldn't be a shared kitchen, that clean towels and slippers should be provided, the toilet was terrible, none of the heaters worked in January and the air conditioner was broken; in short, it was a awful place.
