Location was great, close to Ginza and the fish market. Rooms were a good sized with comfy beds and comfy pillows. Enough amenities for cooking etc.. if you wanted to. Washer in the room was perfect as it was a washer and dryer combo, so allowed us to do nightly washing. Easy to find with great instructions from the host. Clean and well kept place, you can see the owner takes pride in the place. Smart TV, couches, table and chairs for eating at. It really was a great place to stay, we were on the road in a hire car for 5 nights before hand staying at different places between Kyoto and Tokyo and out of all those places this was where we finally got a good nights sleep because the beds and pillows weren't bricks like every other place we stayed at.

Only small issue was that the apartment was pretty cold, there were space heaters provided but if you plugged them both in at the same time the Circuit breaker would trip, so you could only run them at half. But really wasn't a big issue.

Only issue was a minor electrical overload on one point in the kitchen.
