It's an old house, so it's cold, and the futon is cold. The circuit breaker trips often.

It was incredibly spacious, and being surrounded by nature made both children and adults very happy.

I got a little lost at first. There were quite a few steep slopes and stairs, which made carrying my luggage difficult.

We stayed as a family of 12 across three generations, and the house was so spacious that it was almost too big for us. Both adults and children were incredibly excited. We were allowed to check in early because traffic was expected due to the fireworks display, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the sea was less than a 10-minute walk away. We were able to create wonderful summer vacation memories with our family in this luxurious Japanese house. We would definitely like to stay here again.

I confirmed by phone that only one representative needed to check in, but the iPad check-in/check-out process was confusing, and I felt a little uneasy about entering everyone's photos and personal information. Having a Swiffer or vacuum cleaner would have made cleaning up sand and children's spills easier and made our stay more comfortable. A lot of water drips onto the balcony from the living room air conditioner's outdoor unit, so I would appreciate it if this could be addressed. Also, I inquired about a price match with Booking.com, but received no response, and ended up paying over 20,000 yen more than for other dates. I don't know who to contact.

The staff were all very kind and friendly, which was great. The bath was very comfortable!

Disliked

I heard it had just opened, but the duvet cover hadn't been washed yet, and so much fiber came off that it stained my clothes white.
