Location was great in the heart of Shinjuku and the view was good from 12th floor

Was very basic facilities given the price - bathroom and shower cramped and hard to use, very few plates, kitchen facilities or cleaning cloths.

The location is great, right at Exit E1 of Shinjuku-sanchome Station. It's within a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Isetan, and everything you need is nearby! Check-in and check-out are self-service, very convenient!

Disliked

The bedroom had no air conditioning, only a Dyson fan, and it was incredibly hot and humid. The only air conditioner was in the tatami area, so two of us had to sleep on the tatami mats and the other on the sofa. There were some stairs leading into the building, but no elevator, which made things a bit difficult for us with our heavy luggage. It was a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station, making it inconvenient to take the JR train to Narita Airport. Although it was close to Shinjuku 3-chome Exit E1, there was still a distance to walk to the actual subway station.
