Great location (quiet neighborhood and connected to the subway). Excellent communication with the host, who gave us a guide with basic information about the accommodation and responded quickly when we had any questions. The apartment has all the amenities that are expected and everything worked well. There was a good hairdryer and, in addition, there were some "disposable" toothbrush kits in case anyone needed them. The beds are comfortable. The television connects to smartphones.

Disliked

I would just say that the ground floor bathroom isn't very comfortable, as it's very small. The upstairs bathroom is more comfortable.

Amazing place, 5 big double beds and plenty of space. Location wasnt too bad not too far out from Shinjuku

Only negative thing is the closest train line isnt on the main Shinjuku line so you have to change lines, but it is easy.

Two toilets and two bathrooms! 5 large beds. Close to a train station, many convenience stores within 3 min walk away. Well supplied with tissues, towels, coffee pods, rice cooker, microwave and basic kitchen equipment.

Disliked

There were a few issues with cleanliness - especially what you may find stuck to the walls that may have been left by a previous tenant. The cleaning could be more comprehensive and meticulous.

Very convenient location, the station nearby allowed us to avoid Shinjuku station and see the whole city still. The place fit our family of 6 well, and with 2 showers, 2 toilets and a washing machine this made things so much easier for our long stay. You could squeeze 10 people (2 per bed) if required, however suitcase space is limited. Bakery, Macca's and 7eleven very close for easy supplies. Restaurants, parks close by. Walkable to Shibuya, Harajuku, Meiji jingu, and Shinjuku. Host was prompt communicator and very helpful, even during the holiday period. Location was very close to a new year's celebration so we could get home without a train. Equipped with A/C and heaters. Fridge. Dining table with 6 chairs. Amenities were great.

A clothes dryer would've been a nice to have, but there were plenty of hanging spaces to dry clothes inside.
