Very friendly and helpful service, including lifts to the Happo Information Centre and supermarkets as well as to the bus terminal on departure. The hotel oozes charm, and the lovely upstairs lounge gives you someone to relax outside your room. The sauna and private onsen are great for recovery. The hotel is close to the ski buses and Echoland. The chef is excellent and the breakfast is a fusion of East and West delicious and nutritious. The restaurant has a great variety of dishes. Highly recommended ******
