Location is amazing . 1 station from shinjuku. The communication was wonderful . Family mart, 7 eleven near to this location . And le pain quotidien in tokyo opera where we had a beaufitul brunch and breakfast

It was fun for the kids and the cat theme was good

Facilities are quite dated, the ladder to the loft is tricky for moving bags or older people, and the space was a bit cramped

There are plenty of beds so you can sleep comfortably. There's a washing machine with detergent provided. It's clean. It's not too far from the station. The owner was very helpful (communicated via email and even prepared a souvenir).

Disliked

There was a half-empty bottle of drink left in the room when I checked in. The towels and pillows had an unpleasant smell. The towel smell might have been due to the material, and the pillow smell might have been ingrained. I washed the towels twice and the pillowcases, and sprayed Febreze on the pillows before using them. I vacuumed on my last day, but the exhaust fumes were quite strong. It might need maintenance. I could hear the conversations and everyday sounds of the guests staying next door quite clearly.
