Great location and very well equipped. The place is sparkling clean. The host keep us well informed starting from the booking was made. They even prepared us delicious Japanese snacks, drink and fruit.

The overall space is nice, with a kitchen and tableware, which is very convenient. The landlord is very thoughtful and provides coffee drip coffee, popsicles, and other snacks. The heating and beds are also very comfortable.

It's quite far from the subway, although there's a bus stop right at the intersection. Check-in and check-out can be a bit inconvenient (because luggage isn't easy to take the bus).

It’s a 5–10 minute walk to Ryogoku / Honjo-Azumabashi Station, and there’s a FamilyMart nearby. There are two rooms, room 1 has two double beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. Room 2 is smaller, but the bed is very comfortable, though the luggage cannot be fully opened. There is a kitchen for cooking, and the host thoughtfully provided complete seasonings and oil, with plenty of pots and plates. The plates and cups are also very cute 😂. They even provided free and delicious ice cream, having ice cream in winter is really perfect 🎉

Disliked

Unfortunately, the washing machine broke down during our stay. The host did not inform us about this before check-in, and we only realized it when we saw the machine full of water, we almost put our clothes inside. This was quite disappointing.

It's a great location, perfect for driving, and convenient to get around. The homeowner has arranged everything you need.
