When I made the reservation, I didn't know that my room was on the 4th floor and didn't have an elevator. I was confused about where I was for a while after arriving. If I had known it was on the 4th floor, I wouldn't have made the reservation. It's next to the train tracks, so the train noise is loud. It was difficult to use the bathroom, so I went to a public bathhouse for two nights.

The room is near the train station, clean, and they even provide snacks. However, you can hear the train noise very clearly. Overall, it's good value for money. The internet is very fast.

The accommodation is just a five-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, and there's a convenience store right at the alley entrance—extremely convenient! The bed was comfortable, and for the price, it was excellent value! Cleanliness was also good, and the bathtub was deep—a relaxing soak after a long day. Although there's a tram line nearby, it can be noisy during tram operation, but when the trams aren't running, the alley is very quiet.

Disliked

It's right near the tram tracks, and it's very noisy when the trams are running; there's no elevator on the fourth floor... but the stairs are easy to climb.
