Location is on yamanote line which can take you the the core of Tokyo quite easily.

Disliked

Beds were very uncomfortable. My husband and I had trouble getting a good sleep because of it. In the bedroom closet, there seemed to be dirty bedding and stuffed animals that were just left there. Hangers in the closet were unusable as they were the flimsy ones. There weren’t enough hooks around. We originally booked this place not only because of the location but also having the ability to do laundry but it turns out that it only has washer and NOT dryer. Without enough hooks or anywhere to dry off our clothes, we ended going to nearby laundromat. I’d consider this place as a shelter. There are many other places you can choose from with a little bit more $. Many hotels provide laundry facilities as well. As another reviewer mentioned, the host requested to leave a review if we’re satisfied or not to leave a review at all in exchange for discounts in the future :( This just shows how little care was put into the place so we won’t be coming back.

- The location is an absolute advantage, Yamanote Line Takadanobaba Station. - Owner is very communicative and will accommodate the time check in. - Basic equipment considered it complete, having a washing machine is very convenient.

Disliked

- The location is right next to the railway tracks, so you'll always hear trains; it's a place that needs to be considered. - There's only a small table and two stools, which is inconvenient; more should be added. - There's no television.
