"The staff were friendly, the room was small but well-laid out and had everything you needed. There were enough power outlets and the Wi-Fi was good. The amenities were among the most complete in Japanese business hotels. The pajamas were comfortable to wear. There was a luggage scale on the first floor, which was very convenient. It was within walking distance of the T-CAT bus stop and very convenient to take the Limousine bus to the airport."

The location was absolutely beautiful and there was very little traffic, even during Golden Week. The room was very small, but perfectly adequate for sleeping.
Disliked
We booked with breakfast included, but it arrived at the hotel without it. Therefore, we had to pay €10 per person per day for breakfast on site. We received a refund after contacting Booking.com. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Very helpful staff. When we checked out last Monday morning of 27 April 2026, the male staff on duty went out of his way to assist us and even got wet from the rains while helping us load our luggages into the trunk of our taxi to the airport. Thank you very much.
