The location is hard to find. It's difficult to get to by car. It's a shared house, but it feels like it's exclusively for guests. Other residents live there regularly. There was a sign asking people to be quiet after 10 PM, so I refrained from showering. However, some people were showering early in the morning. There were no yukata or similar items provided. I didn't have a change of clothes, so I slept as I was. I think it's better to bring your own. The washroom and bathroom (shower) were shared. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for women only. I had to hurry when brushing my teeth because I didn't know when someone might come out.
