If you read this, cancel your reservation without hesitation. The facility's service, cleanliness, and sense of security are absolutely terrible. We chose this place because it was cheap, as we were traveling as a group. However, one of our companions with allergies read the reviews and refused to stay, so we requested a cancellation. Neither Booking.com nor I could accommodate this request. We were told that the facility outsources pest control to a cleaning company, so we requested the necessary documentation, but this was also refused. They might have outsourced it to a Chinese company, but probably not. We also requested disclosure of their registration as a short-term rental, as it seems questionable, but this was also refused, and that's where things stand now.

At the time, my travel companion booked a different facility, and I also checked it out, but it was so dirty and uncomfortable—like visiting a friend's house—that we moved to another place. I felt like I'd wasted about 30,000 yen feeding cockroaches. I wrote this here hoping that no one else will ever have to go through this experience. Despite a sign prohibiting shoes and even a fine for doing so, there were shoe prints everywhere; it clearly hadn't been cleaned. There were even dangerous items, like staples. No wonder they prohibit shoes. From the sink and kitchen to the flooring, the cleaning was so inadequate that I almost felt like my friend might accidentally walk in. The location is deep inside a bar frequented by foreign prostitutes; I wonder if it's used as a love hotel? If you're traveling with family, a couple, or women, this place is absolutely not for you.

Since we had children with us, having a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The location was also good, with plenty of places to shop nearby.

Disliked

The walls and tables were peeling, and there were cockroaches. The bathroom and toilet were clean.
