The building is old but clean. The staff are very friendly. It's close to Ogi Port and also close to the tub boats. The price is cheap.

Because it's an old building, sound echoes, so there's no TV. On the other hand, I can sleep very well.

Definitely the nicest guesthouse I have stayed in! The retro vibe was fabulous, the room spacious and really comfortable and the shared facilities spotlessly clean. The kitchen was huge and had everything that you needed to self-cater. Very close to the ferry and Ogi is a beautiful little town. The owner was friendly, hospitable and extremely helpful. I would recommend a visit to the Kodo taiko centre for a unique experience. Thank you, Kota, for making our stay such a memorable one!

It's very close, within walking distance of the ferry port. It has the comfortable atmosphere of a guesthouse combined with the charm of a Showa-era inn. The staff and their families are very friendly. Multilingual support is available.
Disliked
I sometimes wished there was a little more space in the men's restroom on the second floor. But I suppose that's part of its charm, and if it bothers me, I can always use the one on the first floor.
