Location is good and other amenities around the property are in close proximity. Walkable distance to Shinjuku station.

There are no two rooms like the way it was claimed. One bed is in the living/dining area and other bed is just partitioned with movable partition. Bed sizes are small for 2 people and blankets are ok. We stayed in this property for 4days and no house keeping was provided during the stay. Towels are not good. No tea/coffee sachets were provided. Though kitchenette is available, one has to sit on the bed and eat. We were not happy with overall ambience.

Finding the key was absurd and difficult, and the exact address was unknown. The building name and the accommodation name were different, and the photo of the building's facade was misleading, causing confusion. The sink in front of the bathroom was blocked. It was inconvenient that there were only 4 towels for a family of 4 staying for 3 days.

Apartment was quiet, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. It is well-located and had the amenities needed for a short stay. We enjoyed our stay here and used it to visit sights and attractions around Shinjuku.

This apartment was perfect for our family trip with two double beds with a sliding privacy door between, very spacious for four of us with multiple luggages as well. Location was excellent, close to both Okubo and Shin Okubo stations as well as walkable to Shinjuku if you wanted. Close to a lot of food options, and a shopping district (in an area that has a lot of non-Japanese food options too). We had a fantastic stay over our 5 days in Tokyo!
