I stayed for three weeks. The owner was very kind and responded to my messages promptly. They even drove me to and from the subway and helped me carry my luggage up to the third floor. Kita Ward is a safe area, so I didn't have to worry about anything at night. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and they also lend out electric bicycles, so I think it's a good place for a long-term stay with great cost performance.

I was picked up from the station by car, right on time. When I indicated that I would be arriving a little early, I was picked up earlier so I didn't have to wait—fantastic service! I read in the comments that people take the bus, but you can rent a bike and be at Kitaoji metro station in less than 10 minutes. From there, you can easily get anywhere. Only the trip to Nara is a bit long, but otherwise, the travel time is fine. So grab your bike and hit the road! The Golden Temple is also within cycling distance, as is Gold’s Gym (approx. 20 min bike ride) for those who like to go to the gym on vacation.
