A big advantage of this accommodation is its very good location, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms.

Disliked

Upon entering the property, you feel like you're entering a basement, as the steel door is heavily chipped. Then you enter the kitchen/dining room, where the wallpaper is damaged in places. The third bed, listed in the reservation description, is an armchair approximately 80 cm wide, and using it is a last resort. The walls are generally unpainted and damaged. There's no space to hang towels, clothes, or laundry, making the washing machine completely unusable. One bedroom has a large, old wardrobe that's unusable because of the terrible odor. The pillowcases look very worn or dirty, and we had to pull our T-shirts over them to sleep soundly. I wouldn't recommend this property in colder weather due to the large, leaky windows. The property manager expects garbage to be sorted, but hasn't provided enough bins. Communication with the property manager is poor; they can take a long time to respond. Overall, the property has potential, but it's old and needs updating and better management to be well-regarded.
