The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There's an old and beautiful garden at the back of the house. The clealiness is even more clean that we had expected. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell he takes amazing care of the place since he cleans daily and maintains all the facilities perfectly. The bedroom also has shutters which block all light, perfect for those who have a hard time sleeping.

Place is a little far from the Kyoto Station, about 10 minutes by car or taxi.

The owner's attentive and thorough service was wonderful. The facilities were also impeccable, with meticulous attention to detail, which was great. Everything you need is provided, including a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and electric kettle. You can relax in a tatami room. You can also watch Netflix on the TV. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I come to Kyoto.

I stayed 阿美弥 3 years ago with other friends and the experience was exceptional. This time, I traveled with my friend from NYC and I wanted to share my wonderful experiences with my best friend. We love the authentic rooms and traditional furniture. The garden view gave us peaceful time in the middle of city. My friend discovered how she loved Japanese bath when she took here.

One of the defining experiences of our trip to Japan was the accommodation in Kyoto and meeting our host, Hisato. It was a unique experience in every sense. The place was exceptionally beautiful — a true journey back in time into another culture. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. Our host was incredibly kind and friendly, helping us with everything throughout our stay. We would like to thank him once again for this wonderful experience.

I felt so relaxed, like I was visiting my grandmother's house! It was so comfortable that I even ordered Uber Eats for dinner. The bathroom was spacious, the plumbing was clean, and the futon was so soft and fluffy that I was able to completely unwind. The staff were also very kind, and I would definitely like to come back again!
