"A spacious building with a comfortable atmosphere and complete with hot springs."

The building area is very spacious. There are many bedrooms, making it suitable for large groups. The layout is that of a luxurious villa; while it doesn't have a huge 30-tatami mat living room, the fireplace in the living room adds a nice, unique touch. The balcony is also reasonably spacious and suitable for barbecues. And the fact that the building has a hot spring bath is a huge value. It's laid out like a large public bath, so several people can soak in it at once. For those who don't want to go to a separate hot spring facility but still want to enjoy a hot spring bath in Hakone, it's a great option to arrive early and enjoy a lively soak together. I soaked in the hot spring upon arrival, before going to bed, and again in the morning, but I wanted to soak even more. As described, the parking lot might not fit two large cars. We managed to park a VOXY and a Sienta, but it was a tight squeeze. While I can't say everything is perfect, as it depends on your perspective, from the standpoint of having a fun time with friends and family in a spacious house, it's quite excellent. It's not so bad that I'm mentioning it here, but the entrance is at the top of a stone staircase. It was raining that day, and the stairs are a bit steep, so you might need to be especially careful on rainy days. Also, there's a table tennis table, but it's quite small, making it a bit awkward for adults to play on. (laughs)

"Perfect for families to stay and enjoy Hakone's natural hot springs ♨️"

1. There's a hot spring on the first floor where the whole family can bathe and soak together, which we really liked. 2. They provide cribs and a small area with a slide and ball pit for kids. 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and basic sauces. 4. We arrived at the guesthouse very late on our first day, and the owners had already turned on the heating for us, which was very thoughtful.

Disliked

1. The stone steps before the entrance are very slippery, especially when it's raining or snowing ❄️. It's easy to slip and fall. Adding safety measures or handrails would be helpful. 2. The wooden planks in the middle of the bathroom are damaged at the very back; be careful not to step on them. They also show signs of mold.
