The apartment is clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped. There were four of us, including two children, and it was perfect. The host is incredibly kind and very accommodating. There are small supermarkets and an excellent ice cream shop right outside the building. We also easily found excellent restaurants nearby. The location is ideal for exploring Rome on foot. It's a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Square, 15 minutes from the historic center, 25 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and 40 minutes from the Colosseum (we had planned to take the metro, but I recommend walking and enjoying a lovely stroll through this open-air museum). This apartment was a truly wonderful surprise, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The mattress was a bit hard, making it difficult to relax after days of intense walking.

It's next to Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Square. Just a 13-minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. It's also very close to most of the areas we wanted to visit, except for the Colosseum, which is about a 40-minute walk away. There are supermarkets nearby (a Carrefour right across the street and another supermarket next door), some very Instagram-worthy restaurants a two-minute walk away, and a taxi rank nearby. The apartment has an oven, microwave, and everything you need for a kitchen: it's basic but complete. The heating worked perfectly. The bathroom was adequate but sufficient; I can't comment on the washing machine as we didn't use it. Towels were provided. Although there is traffic, the street is very quiet. There's a bar downstairs, but we weren't bothered by any noise. The photos of the apartment are exactly as you find it. To leave our luggage on the day of our arrival, they let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated. On departure day, since it was 10:00 AM, we left our luggage in a nearby restroom as we were visiting the castle that morning. We paid the tourist tax upon arrival in cash.

There wasn't any bedding ready for the sofa bed in the living room that the children used. We used the bedding from the double bed that we found in the bedroom wardrobe.
