A wonderful villa in the middle of beautiful nature. The views from the windows to the mountains and the stables next door were wonderful. Cozy rooms and much more spacious than the pictures showed. Beautiful interior and everything you need was there.

The equipment with household appliances could have been better.

+ Plenty of space: huge living room (almost a hall!), large lawn in front of the house, lots of space around the house for outdoor games, ideal for holidays with several parties/families, as each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/toilet + Location: fantastic views of the Alps from the terrace and almost all rooms, the village of Zubiena is within walking distance with a small grocery store (for fresh bread rolls for breakfast), other destinations are within a reasonable driving time (approx. 20 min. Biella, approx. 30 min. Oropa Monastery including various hiking opportunities, approx. 20 min. Lake Viverone)

Disliked

- Hot water availability: showering simultaneously is only possible if you can tolerate cold spells and very little water; no hot water in the kitchen. - Heating in the living room: unfortunately, we needed it, but the huge rooms still barely got warm. However, the bathrooms and bedrooms got nice and warm! - Caution with toddlers/crawling babies: the open staircase from the living room to the first floor (bedroom) has such large gaps between the banisters that small children could easily fit through and fall approximately 2 meters! We therefore completely blocked off the staircase.
